Mr. Li graduated from Hubei University of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing, and Automation.

After joining Jiaquan, he has been dedicated to patent prosecution in the fields of machinery and electronics, etc. He is mainly responsible for drafting, translating and responding to Office Actions of foreign-related applications, as well as offering strategic advices and patent searching services to clients. 

He has accumulated rich experience in his field and is always well-recognized by clients, including General Motors, for his highly effective communications.
