Since joining Jiaquan in 2016, Ms. Liang has served as a paralegal of the International Department, mainly responsible for following up the process of foreign patent cases from filing to grant and communicating with the clients, at the same time, providing foreign customers with replies to various questions related to intellectual property rights.

In the past 7 years, she has handled a large number of patent cases on behalf of many clients, with a total number of 2,000 cases, including new applications, the change of bibliographic information, voluntary amendments and PPH requests, requests for Customs Recordal, recording a license contract, filing a third party observation to a patent application, monitoring the patent, requesting confidential examination, patent infringement consultation and strategy, etc.

In years of work as a paralegal, Ms. Liang has accumulated rich professional knowledge and practical experience. With her careful and meticulous work and good English skills, Ms. Liang has been praised by customers and colleagues and has won the Excellent Employee Award of 2021. Especially in dealing with the patent applications of a well-known communication enterprise, she has maintained high efficiency and an active and rigorous working attitude, and the number of cases of this client handled has reached 150 by far.
