Ms. Xu has been with Jiaquan since 2007. She is experienced in both domestic and foreign IP affairs. She advises on all patent, trademark and design issues. She is also specialized in litigation, defense and enforcement for all IP matters. With her extensive and professional knowledge of IP, she is good at providing overall strategies related to trademark search, prosecution as well as protection of trademark rights. 

Ms. Xu also deals with administrative procedures, renewal and records aimed at protecting patent, trademark & design and preserving or transferring protected rights. Working jointly with the dedicated support team, she has offered legal opinions on patent and trademark infringement, invalidity, dispute resolution including negotiation, mediation and arbitration, IP contract drafting and reviewing tailored to the needs of the clients. Besides, being an expert at translation and interpretation, she provides language support to the firm.
