Additionally, she manages administrative procedures, including renewals, recordals, and IP rights transfers. Collaborating with a dedicated legal support team, she delivers legal opinions on patent and trademark infringement, invalidation actions, and dispute resolution through negotiation, mediation, and arbitration.

As a key member of the firm’s global strategy team, Jady leads international business development initiatives, driving expansion and fostering long-term partnerships across key markets. Her primary responsibilities include overseeing and strengthening relationships with foreign associate firms and international clients, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with the firm’s strategic objectives. 

She actively identifies and pursues new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, assessing client needs, and developing tailored engagement strategies. Additionally, she manages cross-border communications, facilitates knowledge-sharing, and coordinates IP filings, enforcement actions, and dispute resolution efforts between jurisdictions.
