Mr. HE graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, majored in optics engineering and obtained a master’s degree.

He has nearly 3 years of R&D experience in the Wuhan National Laboratory for Optoelectronics and led the research on the all-optical switch based on the photonic crystal waveguide Mach Zehnder structure optical amplifier during that time, and also has the experience of optical coherence tomography project. He then worked in a one of the Fortune 500 companies in the telecommunications industry for 5 years, as an expert in the field of fiber-optic communication.

After joining Jiaquan, he has been dedicated to patent application in fields of optics communication, optical coherence tomography and semi-conductor physics, etc. He is mainly responsible for the draft, translation and OA response of the foreign -related patent patents, as well as offering consultancy and searching services to clients.
