In early August, three of our clients’ invention patent applications on COVID-19 vaccines and test kits were published and granted by CNIPA. This is indeed thrilling news since so far the world is still suffering from the pandemic.

The applications were filed respectively in February, March, and April. During the days of working from home in February, our attorney made active communication with the inventors and finally filed the first application within one week. The applications were examined under a fast-track program and finally got granted within 6 months.

We sincerely hope that the pandemic will be over soon!
